MyClearBill sells digital dispute kit products, including:

All products are delivered digitally as instant downloads after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

The templates, guides, and resources provided by MyClearBill are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Results may vary depending on your specific situation, provider, and jurisdiction.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase our products. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Purchases and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges (no subscriptions).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased kit.
- All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Digital Product License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the dispute kit materials for your own medical billing disputes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others

- Claim authorship of the templates
- Remove any copyright or attribution notices

Your use of MyClearBill is subject to our Privacy Policy. The personalization feature processes your information entirely in your browser — we do not store your personal medical or billing details on our servers.
